The purpose of this research project is to improve the service life and product quality of large molds, solve the problem of mold heat treatment and avoid the phenomenon of heat treatment cracking of large die-casting molds. The initial cracking of large molds (molds with a weight of over 2000 tons) is postponed to 40000 mold cycles, and the service life of large molds exceeds 120000 mold cycles.
